| I am currently working on the binding kinetics of protein ligand interactions using Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). We want to learn how much force it takes to break the ligand-protein bond, how long it lasts before breaking, and how high the energy barrier is. We hope that this new technique will add new insights to the understanding of protein-ligand interactions. |
